Food is connection, enjoyment and fuel for your life! I LOVE FOOD and after battling my weight for years, I became a health and fitness coach. Through that 5 year journey of working with women 1:1, I found we all had issues surrounding these 5 key areas

Her Foodie Life is designed to help simplify healthy eating by giving you a new intuitive eating formula that will teach you how to drop the diet mentality forever learning to love your body and never say no to foods you love again! You will gain access to an ever expanding bank of over 100+ delicious wholefood recipes that are family friendly. I aim for the recipes to contain 10 ingredients or less and 30 min of hands on time! Each recipe will have a time saver option, a budget saver option and a prep option to save you time during the week so depending on your needs for the week you will have exactly what you need to succeed.
