OOOOOOOOOkay! Can we just talk about how much I love slushies!?!? So cold and refreshing for the summer. I grew up near a 7-11 and my parents would always give us a dollar to get a slushie. So my love of them goes way back!
As I have been navigating my first summer home with the kids they have been requesting ice cream and slushies after the pool. I gave in a few times to the cold treats and realized the summer is LONG and I KNOW it is expensive and FULL of straight sugar. My brain began to think of an alternative and this is what I came up with and its a serving of FRUIT!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup of frozen strawberries ( I got large bags from Costco)
- 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of Watermelon Bai
DIRECTIONS
- Blend frozen fruit and Bai in a blender starting with half cup adding a bit more liquid as needed to your liking. I LOVE it thick and eat it with a spoon!
