I always think of French Toast as a Treat and something that is Naughty but I came up with this recipe that is not only Amazing and hits the spot but it is also healthy! The kids love it and so does my husband. It comes together in a snap!

Serves 2 Time ā° 10 min.
Containers- 1 Yellow 1/2 red 1 Purple ( optional fruit)

1/4 cup vanilla almond milk
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 packet stevia
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
pinch of salt
100% pure maple syrup 4 eggs

* Optional- strawberries or other fruit of choice.
ć°Mix everything in a dish setting bread to the side. Once it the liquid is combined, soak bread on both sides for about 2 minutes or until saturated.
ć° Preheat pan to medium heat and spray with coconut spray. Cook on each side until golden brown. Serve with strawberries and a drizzle of maple syrup. ENJOY!
